Rossendale Council: Throughout 2021, the company has been helping Rossendale Council with its planning duties in relation to the assessment of the impacts of development on heritage, including listed buildings and development in conservation areas.
In Bacup Town Centre, we have also been assisting the Local Authority with projects identified through its High Street Heritage Action Zone project, ensuring that they come forward and are delivered within the programme timetable. The conversion of the former Lancashire and Yorkshire Bank on Market Street is one of the priority buildings under the project.
