A new creative design agency in Rossendale has taken on an additional member of staff thanks to a free business support programme.
Matt Knott Design create brands and promotional literature for other companies, and run marketing campaigns across different media.
Business owner Matt Knott attended a free start up programme run by Regenerate Pennine Lancashire and funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Over four sessions, Matt received advice on financial planning, marketing and other specific business aspects.
Matt said: “The programme has given us a number of useful skills and tools on which we can take an informed view of our business to make better decisions. The impact on the business is that we have taken on a new member of staff as a result of the programme.”
“The positive aspects of this course have been felt across the business, with us implementing new processes and procedures not thought of before”.
