People in Blackburn were given free advice on how to start up a business and access finance and support to help it grow, onboard an ‘Enterprise Bus’ outside the Town Hall.
The event was run by NatWest and Regenerate Pennine Lancashire. Additional support and coaching was provided by Enterprise4All and Winning Pitch.
