Regenerate Pennine Lancashire has changed its name to Growth Lancashire. Regenerate has provided business support and economic development services for the east Lancashire local authorities and Lancashire County Council since 2011.

Blackburn with Darwen Council is now in a position to offer bus shelter advertising opportunities across the borough. The Council now owns and manages all the bus shelter sites that are available in the area – offering in excess of 50 sites.
